Roy has been coaching youth sports for over 10 years and has been coaching volleyball for 8 years.  He has experience working with players from fourth grade through high school.    He has coached at Ursuline Academy and IHM's CYM program, Concord High School and currently the JV coach at Archmere Academy.

He has earned his IMPACT and CAP level II certification from USA Volleyball.  He also has earned a Coaching Certification from the National Federation of State High School Association.

He is also a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance.

Roy has also participated in the National USA Volleyball High Performance Program for the past three years.  He was part of the evaluation team for the High Performance Tryouts in Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Harrisburg.
